Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager with strong web development experience to join our team.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end web projects—from initial discovery and presales analysis to final delivery and support. 

Responsibilities

• Manage changes to the project scopes, project schedules, and costs;
• Manage the relationship with client and vendor stakeholders, as well as handle communication with various support services;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project success;
• Execute projects within the discussed time frame with high-end quality;
• Develop and support effective relationships and ongoing management processes for the project;
• Handle support requests, ensuring client satisfaction;
• Report project status and progress regularly;
• Provide consolidated reports, track the accuracy of the project estimates;
• WBS & Estimation: Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and perform self-estimation (at least for certain project phases/types);
• Presales & Discovery: Participate in presales (create scope statements, communicate with customers, plan the discovery phase);
• Third-Party Integration Analysis: Analyze external services and tools for integration into projects (e.g., choosing payment gateways, KYC services, video platforms, calendars, various APIs).

Requirements

Core Requirements & Technical Background:

• 2+ years of experience in project management within the IT field;
• Hands-on experience in managing Web projects (Mobile experience is a plus);
• Fundamental understanding of web application architecture, client-server interaction, RESTful API, Postman, etc.;
• Understanding of GitFlow processes;
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, propose UI/UX solutions, and create Wireframes/visualizations to accelerate and improve requirements approval;
• Experience in creating WBS and project estimation;
• Strong presentation and communication skills (Kick-off meetings, Daily Scrum, Project demos, Retrospective meetings);
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies 

Nice to Have / Preferred:

Experience with marketplaces and standard e-commerce platforms 

• Familiarity with Stripe products and services;
• Familiarity with popular hosting providers and services used for running web systems;
