Web Content manager / technical gear / Ecentria Solutions Odessa (offline)

The job requires oversight of high-quality product information processing within our own proprietary CMS and our order management system as well as through automated data processing feeds.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Efficiently and effectively manage the flow of product data into our internal CMS and product management system
Interface with the vendor & product management cluster including Procurement, Merchandising, Marketing and Compliance teams.
Scrutinize product information for accuracy and ensure information is entered into our system within our standards (reformatting vendor files and data as needed)
Resolve any data issues and discrepancies
Work with a variety of teams to improve data quality, breadth, and accuracy in turn helping increase customer satisfaction, conversion rate, and improve our organic ranking.
Help oversee and manage our automated product addition tools and processes
Manage product taxonomy and validate product classification

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including intermediate knowledge of Excel \
Excellent problem solving skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and communication skills are required
Great attention to detail and organization skills are a must
Knowledge of HTML is a plus
Experience in the outdoor and/or sporting industries is a plus
