Wittix is a fast-growing fintech company and licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI), supervised by the Bank of Lithuania.

We’re building a financial super platform for businesses — simplifying how companies manage payments, accounts, cards, and money across borders.

As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for a talented Senior Marketing & Motion Designer who can take ownership of our visual communication and bring the Wittix brand to life through strong creative design, motion, animation, and video content.

What You'll Do

This is not just a static design position. Motion design will be a key part of the role.

You will:

• Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for marketing campaigns
• Develop animated social media creatives and paid advertising
• Create product animations, feature showcases, and promotional videos
• Turn static concepts into engaging motion-based content
• Create high-quality digital marketing campaigns and advertising creatives
• Design social media content, banners, and promotional materials
• Design and improve website pages and landing pages
• Create visuals and motion assets for product launches
• Develop presentations, sales decks, brochures, and commercial materials
• Create visual concepts for campaigns from idea through final execution
• Maintain and evolve Wittix's visual identity
• Experiment with different static and motion creatives for A/B testing and performance marketing
• Support events and conferences with digital, video, and motion materials
• Use AI-powered creative and video tools to accelerate production and experiment with new creative formats

Motion Design Experience

We're specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on motion design capabilities.

You should be comfortable creating:

• Motion graphics
• 2D animations
• Animated typography
• Logo and brand animations
• Social media videos and Reels
• Animated advertising creatives
• Product demonstrations and feature videos
• UI/product animations
• Video editing and transitions
• Short promotional and brand videos

Experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and modern AI video/animation tools is highly valued.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional design experience
• Strong motion design and animation portfolio
• Excellent digital and marketing design portfolio
• Advanced experience with Figma
• Strong experience with After Effects
• Video editing capabilities
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing landing pages and web marketing materials
• Experience creating creatives for paid advertising and social media
• Ability to develop a creative concept and execute it across static, motion, and video formats
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• High attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English

Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, or other digital-first companies is a strong advantage.
