What You'll Do:

You are the visual heart of Dæly® 💛 & make sure everything we touch is beautiful and stands out. You have full ownership over everything visual - in one of the most creative, wide-ranged design jobs there is: 
 

Your Tasks:

• Drive our ongoing rebrand & land it: identity, logo, colour, typography, style guides
• Design static ads for Meta: high volume, tested frequently
• Create stylish elements for website, emails & social media
• Create Amazon listing images & A+ content - a big one for us
• Generate highly realistic photos with AI & fine tune them in Photoshop
• Work directly with the founders & the marketing team on campaigns, launches & seasonal pushes
   

What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for talent, not fancy CVs or degrees.

• A portfolio that shows genuine craft: detail, taste & strong visual instinct
• Skills in a wide range of design fields - from logos to ads
• You have both: a sense for aesthetics and a mind for numbers - you can look at ad performance and let it change your next design
• Mastery of the design tools of your choice (Adobe, Figma...)
• You're good at poking AI until something useful comes out
• Creativity, structure & the confidence to rethink things
• Excited by technology that meaningfully impacts millions of families in a very real way - and the chance to make Europe less dependent on US Tech
   

Nice to have:

• Animation/Motion Skills (optimally Lottie/Rive)
• Illustration & Drawing 
• Experience designing for a DTC/E-Com Brand (ads, listings, packaging, …)
• German Skills
• Personal Experience with family life, kids or education
