AI-First Product Marketing Manager — Quiz Web2App / Paywall

wehiremediabuyers.com — Western performance team (Dubai + Cyprus). We build and scale US-first direct-response products. Current focus: quiz → hard web paywall → app unlock (web2app / web subscription), Meta-led.

The role

Kit B–style Product Marketing / funnel operator for assessment & self-improvement quiz products (personality / IQ-style long quizzes). You own the product-side of conversion and LTV — working tightly with UA and Creative, not buying media yourself.

You will

• Own quiz funnel CRO: long flows (30–50+ steps), drop-offs, message-match from ad → first screens → paywall
• Own or iterate product surfaces: quiz screens, paywalls, checkout, onboarding, members area, subscription logic
• Run paywall / pricing / trial / rebill / upsell tests; watch cohort retention, refund rate, and payback — not only front-end CR
• Discover and kill themes using competitor research + retention/LTV signals (high CR that kills LTV → kill theme)
• Keep ad↔funnel compliance word lists current (personal attributes, claims, cancel/renew clarity)
• Partner daily with Meta UA and Creative Strategist on angles, hooks, and what the funnel needs from traffic
• Instrument and read Amplitude (or similar), ship A/B tests, turn hypotheses into live changes fast

Must-have

• Hands-on quiz and/or web subscription / paywall funnel experience (PMM, growth PM, or marketing operator)
• Proof you moved CR, paywall CvR, trial→paid, refund rate, or LTV with real tests — bring numbers / benchmarks from your verticals
• Comfortable with US Meta traffic economics and working next to buyers (you advise product; they own spend)
• English B2+ for daily written work with an international team

Nice-to-have

• Genesis-orbit or peers (Testora, Innerly, BetterMe, Nebula, Headway, PlantIn, Codefinity, etc.)
• FunnelFox / Adapty / AppsFlyer / GrowthBook / Plasmic (or equivalent)
• AI tooling for research, copy variants, and test speed — curiosity to learn is welcome

Not this role

Pure Meta media buyer, pure brand SMM, nutra VSL-only, gambling/iGaming, or engineering-only PM with no funnel CRO.
