The role

Kit B–style Product Marketing / funnel operator for assessment & self-improvement quiz products (personality / IQ-style long quizzes). You own the product-side of conversion and LTV — working tightly with UA and Creative, not buying media yourself.

You will

• Own quiz funnel CRO: long flows (30–50+ steps), drop-offs, message-match from ad → first screens → paywall
• Own or iterate product surfaces: quiz screens, paywalls, checkout, onboarding, members area, subscription logic
• Run paywall / pricing / trial / rebill / upsell tests; watch cohort retention, refund rate, and payback — not only front-end CR
• Discover and kill themes using competitor research + retention/LTV signals (high CR that kills LTV → kill theme)
• Keep ad↔funnel compliance word lists current (personal attributes, claims, cancel/renew clarity)
• Partner daily with Meta UA and Creative Strategist on angles, hooks, and what the funnel needs from traffic
• Instrument and read Amplitude (or similar), ship A/B tests, turn hypotheses into live changes fast

Must-have

• Hands-on quiz and/or web subscription / paywall funnel experience (PMM, growth PM, or marketing operator)
• Proof you moved CR, paywall CvR, trial→paid, refund rate, or LTV with real tests — bring numbers / benchmarks from your verticals
• Comfortable with US Meta traffic economics and working next to buyers (you advise product; they own spend)
• English B2+ for daily written work with an international team

Nice-to-have

We buy media on Google and Meta, run our own funnels, VSLs, and advertorials, and we move fast.

We're now building out a senior media buying team — and we're looking for the person who will lead it.

THE ROLE

This is not a junior position. We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer / Team Lead — someone who has personally scaled aggressive direct response campaigns, knows what profitable looks like at real spend levels, and is ready to build and lead a buying team from the ground up.

Your main battlegrounds:

Google Performance Max (PMax) — scaling US e-commerce / gadget offers with Google Shopping products. This is the core focus of the role. You should know PMax inside out: product feed strategy, Shopping setup, asset group structure, signal engineering, how to feed the algorithm what it needs, and how to scale without killing ROAS.

Nutra VSLs — aggressive direct response funnels for the US health & wellness market. You know how VSL traffic behaves, how to keep accounts alive, and how to scale winners hard.

Bizopp VSLs & Advertorials — business opportunity offers running through video sales letters and advertorial pre-sells on Meta and Google.

Quiz Funnels (Genesis style) — 50-page quiz funnels in the Genesis style running on Meta. If you've bought traffic to Genesis-style funnels, you know exactly what we mean.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own campaign strategy, launch, optimization, and scaling on Google (PMax, Search, YouTube) and Meta
• Scale winning campaigns aggressively while protecting margins
• Analyze funnels end-to-end: creative → LP/advertorial → VSL → checkout — and tell us where the money is leaking
• Own creative strategy: work with our creative and funnel teams on angles, hooks, and testing roadmaps
• Run market intelligence with spy tools — analyse what's winning, decide what we clone and adapt, and direct the team accordingly
• Build the media buying team: define processes, hire, onboard, and lead buyers as we grow
• Report on the numbers that matter: spend, ROAS, CPA, LTV — no vanity metrics

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven, hands-on experience scaling Google PMax with Google Shopping products for US e-commerce — you can show real results
• Strong direct response background on Meta and Google in aggressive verticals (nutra, bizopp, or similar)
• Experience with VSL funnels, advertorial pre-sells, and quiz funnels (Genesis style is a big plus)
• Deep understanding of unit economics: ROI, ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, payout structures
• Experience managing significant monthly budgets
• Senior mindset: you take ownership, make decisions with data, and don't need hand-holding
• Ready to step into a Team Lead role — building processes and people, not just campaigns
• English — working proficiency (all offers, funnels, and comms are in English)
• Ukrainian or Russian — fluent
• Creative strategy — this is a must, not a bonus. You can break down why a creative wins, brief new angles and hooks, and own the creative testing roadmap
• Spy tools — daily user of ad spy tools. You analyse what's scaling in the market, spot winning funnels and creatives, and lead the team on what to clone, adapt, and beat
• Experience with trackers (Keitaro or similar), server-side tracking, Conversion API
• Account structure / compliance experience in aggressive verticals
• Prior team lead or head of media buying experience
• Experience with US celeb, supplements, or info-product offers

About the role

High-volume Meta + YouTube ad creator. Target pace ~1 finished ad per hour when fed. You build fully end-to-end AI workflows — think AI cartoon / story-style ads where a whole ~60–90s spot can come from one strong prompt + pipeline, then light human polish.

Daily stack: Higgsfield + CapCut (Premiere, Kling, Runway, or similar AI video tools welcome).
