CTO / Solution Architect

We are looking for a CTO / Solution Architect with hands-on experience in blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products to define the technical strategy, design the system architecture, and manage the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design the product architecture and select the technology stack.
• Develop the technical roadmap and plan resources.
• Manage the development team and participate in hiring.
• Evaluate third-party solutions, services, and technology providers.
• Oversee development quality, security, and technical documentation.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response processes.

• Ensure system stability, scalability, and fault tolerance.

   

Requirements:

• Experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain, digital asset, and/or fintech products is required.
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody solutions, liquidity providers, and trading systems.
• Experience designing secure, high-load systems.
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers.
• Experience managing technical teams and external contractors.

• English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international providers.
