Product Development Specialist — IT

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist in IT to lead the development of digital products, software platforms, dashboards, internal systems, mobile apps, AI tools, automation workflows, and data-driven technology products.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate business ideas into clear technical requirements, product roadmaps, user stories, MVP specifications, wireframes, delivery plans, and documentation for developers, designers, QA, DevOps, cybersecurity, and business teams.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both product strategy and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage IT product concepts from idea to MVP and launch.
2. Translate business needs into product requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and development tasks.
3. Create product roadmaps, MVP scopes, feature lists, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
4. Work with developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, DevOps, cybersecurity specialists, AI specialists, and data teams.
5. Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value, technical complexity, user needs, and delivery timelines.
6. Prepare product requirement documents, technical briefs, workflow diagrams, wireframes, user journeys, and implementation plans.
7. Support development of web platforms, mobile apps, dashboards, client portals, admin panels, databases, AI tools, automation systems, and SaaS products.
8. Coordinate API integrations, third-party tools, CRM systems, analytics tools, payment systems, data sources, and AI platforms.
9. Ensure products are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with company goals.
10. Test product features, review QA results, validate user flows, and approve releases.
11. Track product performance, user feedback, bugs, and improvement requests.
12. Maintain clear documentation for product architecture, user flows, features, dependencies, and release history.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Experience in IT product development, product management, technical product ownership, software delivery, or business analysis.
2. Strong understanding of software development processes and digital product lifecycle.
3. Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
4. Experience working with developers, designers, QA teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
5. Understanding of APIs, databases, dashboards, cloud systems, integrations, user authentication, and basic software architecture.
6. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
7. Ability to create MVP plans, roadmaps, product specifications, and feature prioritization frameworks.
8. Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GitHub, Google Workspace, Airtable, or similar.
9. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
10. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple IT products or development streams simultaneously.

1. Experience with AI products, data platforms, dashboards, analytics products, fintech, HealthTech, longevity, SaaS, or investment intelligence platforms.
2. Experience with mobile app development projects.
3. Experience with cybersecurity, GDPR, data privacy, user permissions, role-based access, and secure product design.
4. Experience with no-code/low-code tools, automation platforms, APIs, Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable.
5. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Firebase, or Supabase.
6. Experience preparing technical documentation for developers and business documentation for management or investors.
7. Experience managing remote development teams.
8. Basic understanding of SQL, Python, JavaScript, or technical architecture is a plus.
