Publishers Team Lead

We are seeking a Publisher Managers Team Leader  (remote) to spearhead our sales team and set new standards of excellence. Requirements for the candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager, including 1.5+ years in a leadership role;
• Proven experience managing publisher teams and achieving revenue targets;
• Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, and flat deal models;
• Experience with publisher hunting and building direct partnerships;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach to finding new opportunities;
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills;

• Fluent English.

   

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the Publisher Manager team to achieve KPIs and growth targets;
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new publishers and expanding the partner network;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners;
• Analyze performance data and optimize publisher revenue streams;
• Support the team with negotiations, strategy, and problem-solving;
• Ensure efficient processes, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department;

• Collaborate with Advertiser Managers to maximize business growth.
