These aren't cold calls. You'll speak with warm, inbound leads who already raised their hand — your job is to understand what they want, answer honestly, and help the right people say yes.

• 💻 Remote · part-time
• 💵 $550 USD/month base + up to 7%commission — your commission tier climbs the more you close, so your best months pay you the most
• 🗣️ Phone + video conversations with U.S. prospects
• 📈 Real closing role with room to grow as the client scales

What you'll do

• Run discovery + enrollment calls with inbound leads (phone & video)
• Match prospects to the right coaching program or software — and close them
• Follow up like a pro across phone, email, SMS, and social
• Handle objections with empathy, not pressure
• Keep every lead, note, and next step clean in GoHighLevel
• Hand off closed clients smoothly to the onboarding team
• Report your numbers — conversations, closes, and results — clearly and consistently

You'll thrive here if you

• Have 3+ years in sales, enrollment, or closing
• Have sold coaching, consulting, education, or SaaS offers before
• Sound confident and clear in English, on camera and on calls
• Are organized and actually enjoy the follow-up (that's where deals are won)
• Run your own day without being chased
• Take coaching well — you want to get better, not just get by
