Field Service Team Lead / Technician
Mobilunity is looking for a Field Service Team Lead / Technician for our client from Poland, an international technology company operating across retail, fintech, payment solutions, and IT services.
The company develops and implements technology solutions for the retail sector, integrates IT systems and infrastructure, and provides software development, technical support, and IT outsourcing services.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical professional who can combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership and coordination.
The role involves field-based work across Kyiv and the Kyiv region, directly at client locations, with a focus on IT and POS infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a small team of technical specialists.
- Plan and coordinate field visits and routes.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT and POS infrastructure at client locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
- Work with basic hand and power tools.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Polish headquarters in English or Polish.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing or coordinating a technical team.
- Valid Category B driving license.
- Practical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and LAN/Wi-Fi.
- Basic experience working with hand and power tools.
- Willingness to work in the field across Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
- English or Polish sufficient for professional communication with the Polish headquarters.
