Senior Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT & Executive Recruiter to join our remote recruitment team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a recruiter with strong experience in IT, technology, blockchain, and Web3 recruitment, particularly someone who is skilled at identifying and engaging senior-level and C-suite professionals across international markets.

The primary focus of this position will be proactively sourcing qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks, conducting initial introductory calls, evaluating candidate fit, and providing clear candidate feedback to the recruitment team.

You will support recruitment projects across the IT, software, blockchain, Web3, fintech, gaming, and emerging technology sectors, with a particular focus on C-level, executive, and senior leadership positions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct proactive candidate sourcing for C-level, executive, senior management, and technical positions across the IT, software, blockchain, Web3, fintech, gaming, and emerging technology sectors
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, GitHub, job boards, and other sourcing channels
• Research target companies and markets to identify relevant executives, technology leaders, and senior professionals
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment projects
• Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
• Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, executive search, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting or sourcing senior-level and C-suite professionals
• Strong experience within the IT, technology, software, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates, particularly senior professionals and executives
• Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Experience conducting initial recruiter screenings and introductory calls with senior professionals and executives
