Junior+ Lead Generation and Marketing Manager

IT Department Pro is a growing IT studio working with web, mobile, design, and digital projects.

We are looking for an ambitious Lead Generation and Marketing Manager who wants to grow in B2B marketing, lead generation, SMM, and business development.
 

What You’ll Do

• Research potential clients and target companies.
• Build and maintain lead databases.
• Run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Communicate with prospects and qualify leads.
• Manage company social media and support content creation.
• Prepare posts, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Test new lead generation channels and approaches.

• Track results and improve campaign performance.

   

Requirements

• 6+ months of commercial experience in marketing, SMM, lead generation, sales development, or a related field.
• English B1+.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to research information and work independently.

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly.

   

Nice to Have

• LinkedIn or cold email outreach experience.
• Experience with CRM or lead generation tools.
• Basic knowledge of the IT services market.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, AI tools, SEO, or PPC.
• Part-time work is possible during the probation period, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role.
