We are looking for a Junior+ SMM Manager who is ready to own our social media direction — not just publish posts, but build the process, test ideas, and understand what actually works.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and develop the company’s SMM direction.
• Build and manage the content strategy and content calendar.
• Create posts, case studies, company updates, and expert content.
• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate visuals and content with designers and the team.
• Track engagement, reach, traffic, and other key metrics.
• Test new formats, ideas, and content approaches.
• Monitor competitors, trends, and relevant topics.
• Work closely with marketing and lead generation to support business goals.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of commercial SMM experience.
• Experience managing social media independently.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Good understanding of content strategy and social media metrics.
• English B1+.
• Ability to plan your own work and take responsibility for results.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to test new ideas.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with B2B or IT companies.
• Strong LinkedIn experience.
• Experience creating short-form content or video concepts.
• Canva or Figma skills.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, or lead generation.

We are looking for a Junior+ Lead Generation & Sales Manager who can not only find leads, but also turn conversations into real projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Research target companies, niches, and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain lead databases.
• Run LinkedIn, email, and other outbound campaigns.
• Write personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
• Communicate with prospects and qualify leads.
• Conduct initial calls and identify client needs.
• Move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals together with the team.
• Follow up on negotiations and help close deals.
• Maintain CRM and keep the pipeline up to date.
• Test new lead generation channels, scripts, and sales approaches.

• Track conversion metrics and improve the process.

   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a related field.
• English B1+.
• Experience with cold outreach and prospect communication.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the basic B2B sales funnel.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your pipeline.
• Result-oriented mindset and strong follow-up discipline.

Strong Advantage:

• Experience managing a lead from first contact to signed deal / closed project.
• Experience selling IT services, software development, design, or digital services.
• Experience with discovery calls and client qualification.
• Experience with CRM and lead generation tools.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.

• Experience preparing proposals or estimates together with delivery teams.
