Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the development of our internal product and ensure smooth delivery from planning to launch.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and continuous improvement of the company’s internal products, from feature ideation to release.

• Manage the full product development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, prioritization, timelines, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee day-to-day development activities, proactively resolving blockers and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, align priorities, and gather feedback.
• Coordinate developers, designers, and QA engineers, ensuring clear tasks and balanced workloads.
• Review designs to ensure they align with product goals and requirements.
• Maintain effective cross-functional collaboration, tracking dependencies and overall progress.
• Work with the Support team to document feature requests and coordinate technical fixes.
• Communicate with partner platforms regarding integrations, application performance, and marketplace presence.
• Monitor product metrics, suggest data-driven improvements, and ensure features meet quality standards.

Required skills:

- Experience/strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
Solid understanding of the SDLC.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong presentational skills: proficiency in direct stakehoder communication and delivering project updates throughout different stages.
- Strong in people management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Initiative-driven with a proactive approach to improving project outcomes.

- Excellent self-organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Availability to work GMT+2 hours (10 am to 7 pm).
