Deliverability Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Deliverability Manager to own and optimize email deliverability across our high-volume newsletter portfolio. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring millions of emails reach subscribers'

inboxes every day. You will work closely with the Head of Project, Production Manager, and Marketing team to build, maintain, and continuously improve our sending infrastructure, authentication, reputation, and inbox placement strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Own inbox placement, sender reputation, and deliverability performance across all
domains, IPs, and ESPs
• Monitor sender reputation across major mailbox providers
• Conduct seed testing and inbox placement analysis
• Investigate and resolve deliverability incidents
• Manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI
• Plan IP and domain warming strategies
• Maintain Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, and feedback loops
• Design and optimize multi-ESP infrastructure
• Lead ESP migrations
• Optimize cold audience deliverability and list hygiene
• Advise marketers on deliverability best practices

• Build dashboards, alerts, and reporting

Requirements
Must Have
• Agency-side deliverability experience managing multiple client projects with tailored
strategies for different audiences, sending infrastructures, and deliverability challenges.
• OR experience as a Deliverability Manager or Email Marketer within gambling, casino,
affiliate, or similarly high-volume performance marketing environments.
• Experience managing 200,000–300,000 email sends per day on a single project (not
aggregated across multiple clients).
• Strong experience building audience segments, automations, lifecycle journeys, and
analyzing subscriber behavior.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve sender reputation issues, inbox placement problems, and
declining open rates.
• Creative and non-linear problem-solving skills, with the ability to test multiple
hypotheses and identify unconventional solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).

Nice to Have

• Recent experience (within the last 12 months) managing Yahoo deliverability at
volumes exceeding 50,000 emails per day.
