MEGAVAST is an international IT company specializing in software development and innovative code development tools that automate and streamline the software creation process.
We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter based in Ukraine to support hiring for our team.
Please note: we are not looking for a traditional recruitment agency. We are looking for an independent freelance recruiter or fractional recruiter who can work directly with our team.
About the Role
The roles may include IT, project management, HR/recruitment, office/admin, marketing, sales, and other business positions.
The recruiter will be responsible for active candidate sourcing, direct outreach, initial interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordination throughout the hiring process.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, organized, and comfortable with active sourcing, not only posting vacancies and waiting for applications.
