We help our clients find the right product solutions even before development starts. Our Research Team conducts market and competitor research, validates product hypotheses, creates interactive prototypes, and helps clients make informed business decisions.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who thinks like a product consultant, actively uses AI tools, and focuses on creating real business value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into clear requirements
• Conduct Product Discovery, Benchmark Research, and Business Research
• Analyze competitors, markets, and successful digital products
• Prepare User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and project documentation
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers on clickable prototypes and product hypothesis validation
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, and prototyping
• Participate in presales, project estimation, and preparation of client proposals
• Collaborate with Developers and QA throughout product implementation
• Validate implemented functionality against business requirements
• Proactively suggest product improvements and new solutions that create business value

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
• Hands-on experience with Product Discovery, requirements gathering, and competitor/market research
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions, not just document requirements
• Experience with User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria
• Experience with Figma and understanding of clickable prototyping
• Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, or similar
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proactivity, and ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience in an outsourcing company and/or presales
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Experience with Customer Journey Maps, User Flows, or Product Vision
• Experience with AI prototyping tools such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, Figma AI, or similar
