Senior Media Buyer, YouTube Ads (Client-Facing, Canadian Agency)

Triton Growth is a Vancouver-based performance marketing agency and a Google Premier Partner + YouTube Select Partner. We run paid acquisition for high-ticket education, coaching, and info-product clients in North America, with 4B+ ad views delivered.

We're hiring a senior YouTube media buyer to own client accounts end to end.
 

What you'll do:

• Own client accounts across YouTube In-Stream and Demand Gen: strategy, builds, optimization, scaling
• Manage $50K-$300K+/month in spend per account
• Work with our creative team on hooks, scripts, and ad iterations driven by performance data
• Join weekly client calls with North American clients and present results

Requirements:

• 3+ years on Google Ads with significant YouTube direct response experience, $50K+/month managed personally
• You understand DR fundamentals: CPA/ROAS targets, funnel math, creative testing. Brand/awareness-only YouTube experience is not a fit
• Fluent spoken English. This is a client-facing role
• Strong Meta experience alongside YouTube is a plus, not required
