Mid-level QA Engineer – Dynamics 365 CE (Commercial CRM)

Engagement: B2B contract

Duration: Ongoing, extendable monthly up to 6 months 

We're looking for an experienced Tester for our client's Commercial CRM team (Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights), replacing a departing team member. You'll test across multiple D365 modules and help keep quality gates strong before releases.

Key tasks

• Write and execute test cases based on user story acceptance criteria
• Verify deliverables against acceptance criteria; ensure only approved functionality moves forward
• Participate in quality gates (design/test/domain review before development, verification before release)
• Log findings clearly in Jira for developers to reproduce and fix
• Test across multiple D365 modules

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a testing/QA role
• 3–5 years' experience with test methodology in advanced Dynamics 365 environments
• 3–5 years' experience with D365 Customer Service and/or Sales
• Agile experience
• Strong collaborator, engaged, shares knowledge
• Sharp eye for edge cases; structured and thorough
• Advanced/fluent English — this is a client-facing role
• Familiarity with a relevant testing certification (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus, but not a requirement

• Familiarity with test automation in Dynamics 365 (e.g. Playwright or Leapwork) may become relevant, but is not a requirement
