BS Middle/Senior Business Analyst

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience implementing ready-made enterprise products (CRM, ERP, SAP, or similar solutions/IT products) for clients, or practical experience in FMCG business functions (e.g., Trade Marketing, RGM, Demand Planning).
• Direct involvement in implementation projects, with ownership of the implementation process and accountability for delivery results
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Proficiency in producing clear business and functional documentation
• Advanced analytical and systematic thinking skills
• Effective time-management and prioritization skills
• Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication with clients and teams

Nice-to-have skills

• Knowledge of SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distribution Management System), BI (Business Intelligence), and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) solutions
• Understanding of retail distribution processes and trade marketing activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and document business processes within implementation projects
• Gather, clarify, and formalize business requirements
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation for product customization and new functionality
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation process
• Communicate with clients, clarify business needs, and support solution implementation
• Conduct workshops, product demonstrations, and user training sessions
• Support UAT activities and validate implemented functionality
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements traceability
