Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our engineering team and work on challenging AI/ML projects for international clients.

This role is a great fit for an experienced engineer who combines strong Machine Learning fundamentals with hands-on Generative AI expertise and knows how to take AI solutions from idea and experimentation to scalable production systems.

 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions.
• Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Design and optimize ML/LLM pipelines.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and backend systems.
• Work with structured and unstructured data at scale.
• Implement evaluation frameworks and continuously improve model and LLM output quality.
• Optimize AI systems for latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Select appropriate models, frameworks, and architectural approaches based on project requirements.
• Participate in technical discovery, solution design, and estimation.
• Collaborate directly with international clients and engineering teams.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Software Engineering / Data / ML experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid commercial experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Production experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Practical experience designing and implementing RAG systems.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus, or pgvector.
• Good understanding of embeddings, reranking, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Experience building production APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system design.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for direct communication with international clients.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA, or PEFT.
• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems.
• MLOps experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
• Experience designing high-load AI/ML systems.
• Previous experience in an outsourcing/outstaffing environment and direct communication with clients.
