Salesforce Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join an international project team on an outstaff basis.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing solutions for complex and non-standard business requirements. You will work with Salesforce B2B Commerce, custom development, integrations, and solution architecture, while helping the team clarify technical requirements and shape the project scope and MVP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce and strong experience in solution architecture.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, including product visibility, pricing, and account hierarchy.
• Experience designing solutions for non-standard business requirements where standard Salesforce functionality is not sufficient.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, REST APIs, integrations, and LWC/Lightning Components.
• Understanding of Salesforce authentication and authorization, including B2B users/contacts, OAuth, access tokens, and web flows.
• Ability to independently research solutions, build POCs, and make technical decisions.
• Experience working with incomplete or evolving requirements and translating business needs into technically feasible tasks.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a distributed international team across different time zones.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.
• Availability for occasional business trips to Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Application/System Architect or similar).
• Experience with enterprise, multi-country, or complex B2B projects.
• Experience supporting adjacent project activities such as requirements clarification, scope definition, or coordination.
