Requirements:
 

— 5-7+ years in project or program management in product or technology companies, including ownership of the operational cadence for several parallel directions at once

— Hands-on Jira administration: projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, permission schemes, automation, dashboards and cross-project reporting

— Confluence: building and maintaining a documentation structure that teams actually use

— Designing a metrics layer from scratch: defining metrics, sources, collection method, reporting frequency and management dashboards

— Budgeting and plan-fact tracking, preparing management reports

— Process design and documentation: handovers between teams, Definition of Done, responsibility matrices, tables, schemes and diagrams

— Release management and priority management across competing teams with a shared resource

— Working directly with C-level, reporting in decisions not status updates
 

Nice-to-have:
 

— Crypto or blockchain background

— Experience building a PMO from zero, including hiring and onboarding project managers

— BI and dashboard tooling (Metabase, Looker, Superset, Grafana or equivalent)

— Experience in a group of companies with shared services and internal counterparties

— Prior operations or COO-track exposure

Responsibilities:
 

— Own the operational layer across different directions: planning cadence, priorities, releases, status and escalations

— Own Jira and Confluence: configuration, structure, workflows, boards, automation and adoption discipline across teams

— Build and maintain the metrics layer: define what is measured in each direction, where the data comes from, how often it is collected and how it reaches management

— Run budgeting, plan-fact tracking and reporting by direction

— Design, document and enforce cross-team processes: handover between directions, Definition of Done, responsibility matrices, workflow schemes and diagrams

— Track releases and delivery commitments across directions, surface risks and dependencies before they become blockers

— Prepare the decision surface for the CEO: prioritization inputs, resource conflicts, deviations from plan, with options and recommendations

— Standardize the same operational toolkit across every direction as new ones are added

— Build and lead the PMO as the company scales
