Senior Agile Product Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, remote Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery of digital experience projects, including web applications, site improvements, replatforming, and ongoing site maintenance. You’ll work closely with clients, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to translate business goals into product requirements and ensure successful, on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead fast-paced Agile delivery with Engineering and Design teams.
• Partner with clients and external stakeholders to deliver digital transformation projects.
• Manage complex projects, scope, timelines, budgets, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering on estimation, scope breakdown, and delivery planning.
• Balance strategic goals with detailed product requirements.
• Take ownership of quality, issues, and client challenges from discovery to resolution.
• Facilitate technical discussions and challenge solutions when needed.
• Continuously improve product and delivery processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project, Product, or Program Manager in Agile software development, managing large or complex projects.
• Agile/Scrum certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch.
• Proven experience in client-facing digital product delivery, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and user stories.
• Experience working with Engineering on estimation, resource planning, and timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tag Managers.
• Ability to coach and mentor Product Managers.
• Fluent English.

• Experience working with technical teams on modern web technology stacks such as React, Next.JS, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
• Experience with E-commerce businesses, platforms, and technology.
• Understanding of software development and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with AI tools and concepts.
• Additional Agile, Scrum, Product, or Project Management certifications.
