Middle Project/Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Middle Project/Product Manager to take ownership of one of the eight products within our client’s product portfolio. 

This role requires a strong product-oriented mindset, a high level of proactivity, and the ability to drive projects forward while building a mature, highly autonomous, and self-managed team.

Requirements:

• Experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related role in SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Software.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, CSE, and other client-side stakeholders.
• Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization through delivery and measuring outcomes.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with roadmap, backlog, scope, risk, dependency, and delivery management.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment and decision-making across teams.
• Experience with people management, including hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development.
• Ability to develop team capabilities in alignment with individual career goals and future product needs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and AI-driven development experiences.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product and business outcomes, not just delivery.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Combine Product, Project, and People Management responsibilities to drive product development and delivery.
• Define product priorities, requirements, scope, and roadmap in alignment with business and customer needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, coordination, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure predictable delivery and alignment across cross-functional and cross-team initiatives.
• Monitore product outcomes and used customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development.
• Define individual goals and development plans aligned with both employees’ career growth and future product and team needs.
• Develope team capabilities, identified skill gaps, and supported succession planning and future leadership growth.
• Foster team engagement, accountability, clear expectations, and continuous improvement.

This role is expected to be able to confidently answer 4 questions:
