This is not a remote position.
We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer (Automation) to join our investor-backed enterprise startup and build production-grade automation systems, primarily supporting marketing and growth operations.
You’ll work on data collection, AI-powered processing, workflow automation, data matching, and third-party integrations to build reliable marketing automation system that operate at scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience building production automation systems
- Python — scraping, APIs, ETL, async workflows
- Playwright / Scrapy
- PostgreSQL
- Workflow automation tools knowledge (n8n and others alike)
- AI / LLM integrations
- OpenSearch / vector search
- APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Nice to Have (not must)
- AWS / GCP
- Docker
- Data enrichment experience
- Outreach system experience
Languages
- English — conversational
- Ukrainian — conversational
