Project
We are building a competitive mid-core 4v4 hero arena shooter for mobile โ a live-service game focused on fast-paced gameplay, smooth performance, and regular content updates. The project uses a modern Unity tech stack with heavy emphasis on DOTS/ECS and Netcode for Entities.
Responsibilities
โข Lead and manage the development team: planning, task distribution, tracking deadlines and quality.
โข Set up and maintain development processes (Agile/Scrum, sprints, retros, DevOps practices).
โข Conduct code reviews and mentor developers, helping the team grow.
โข Work with the tech director/architect to help define the project's technical direction.
โข Participate in requirements analysis and task breakdown together with game designers and producers.
โข Ensure adherence to code quality, testing, and release standards.
โข Balance management responsibilities with hands-on development work as needed.
โข Communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
โข 5+ years of experience building mobile games in Unity.
โข 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
โข Experience managing a development team (task assignment, prioritization, mentoring).
โข Strong understanding of software architecture, asynchronous programming, and error handling.
โข Hands-on experience with DI, ECS (DOTS), and Netcode for Entities.
โข Experience with Addressables, Animator, analytics, and A/B testing tools.
โข Full-cycle mobile game development experience with a solid understanding of performance constraints.
โข Experience working with high-scale, data-driven projects and backend services.
โข Proactive, self-driven, with excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
โข Experience building Unity Editor extensions or content-authoring pipelines.
โข Previous work with live ops or games-as-a-service products.
โข Experience with DI pattern
and MessagePipe.
โข Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and remote content delivery.
