Gamification Specialist
Gamification Specialist | iGaming | GR8 Tech
We are looking for a Gamification Specialist with mandatory hands-on experience working with the GR8 Tech platform for an iGaming project.
We need a hands-on specialist who has personally configured, launched, developed and optimized gamification mechanics within GR8 Tech, rather than simply working for a product that used the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch and optimize gamification mechanics
- Configure and manage gamification campaigns within GR8 Tech / back office
- Work with missions, quests, tournaments, challenges, leaderboards, achievements, rewards, loyalty and progression mechanics
- Define campaign rules, participation logic, rewards and progression systems
- Work with bonus mechanics such as free spins, cashback, deposit bonuses and other player rewards
- Create personalized gamification experiences for different player segments
- Develop mechanics focused on activation, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Monitor campaign performance and player behavior
- Analyze results and continuously optimize existing mechanics
- Participate in A/B testing of rewards, mechanics and player journeys
- Test campaign setups before launch and ensure a smooth player experience
- Work closely with Product, CRM, BI/Data, Marketing, Design/Content and Operations teams
- Generate new gamification ideas and take ownership from concept to execution
Must-have
- Hands-on GR8 Tech experience
- Practical experience configuring and launching mechanics through GR8 Tech / its back office
- Proven experience launching and developing gamification mechanics within iGaming
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle, engagement and retention mechanics
- Ability to evaluate gamification performance using product and business metrics
- Ability to independently own the full cycle: idea → setup → launch → analysis → optimization
Strong advantage
- Previous experience at GR8 Tech or Growe
- Experience building or scaling gamification initiatives
- CRM / Retention background
- Casino and/or sportsbook gamification experience
- Experience with player segmentation, BI tools and A/B testing
Cooperation format
Part-time or Full-time
Priority will be given to specialists with GR8 Tech / Growe experience, especially those who are open to joining the project part-time and taking hands-on ownership of execution.
Consulting-only cooperation is not considered.
