Senior Sales Manager

Hi! We're Netrocket — a digital agency with 12+ years of experience, focused on SEO & PPC for home service businesses in the US (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and more). We work with clients across 20+ countries.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who loves to sell, knows how to build real relationships, and understands how a digital agency works from the inside.

What you'll do:
— Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed contract
— Work with Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound leads
— Build long-term relationships with clients worldwide
— Create tailored proposals based on each client's goals and budget
— Maintain CRM with discipline and consistency
— Support and mentor junior sales team members when needed

What we're looking for:
— 4+ years in sales, preferably at a digital agency or in IT services
— Hands-on Upwork experience — required
— Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Local SEO, GMB — enough to consult clients confidently
— Ability to organize your own work without micromanagement
— Proactive, results-driven mindset — you want to earn more every month
— English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Compensation:
— Base: $1,000 – $2,000 depending on level
— KPI bonus: 15% on recurring contracts (SEO, PPC, GMB…), 10% on one-time projects
— USD-indexed payments
