Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pools of Reddit and other UGC accounts;
• Warm up accounts and maintain their activity;
• Place links and comments under SEO content;
• Analyze competitors' backlink profiles;
• Identify effective platforms and link placement strategies;
• Work with Reddit, Quora, Medium and niche forums;
• Test new tools and traffic sources;
• Analyze test results and scale successful approaches;
• Monitor link survival;
• Maintain detailed reporting in Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Reddit accounts long-term;
• Strong understanding of karma, account age, activity history and subreddit reputation;
• Knowledge of moderation rules, AutoMod, shadowbans and ban evasion;
• Ability to maintain accounts for the long term;
• Fluent written English and natural writing style
• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian;
• Confident experience with anti-detect browsers and mobile/residential proxies;
• Experience with Ahrefs / Semrush for backlink profile analysis;
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills;
• Reddit Ads, automation, API or no-code experience is a plus.
