Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Reddit accounts;
• Warm up accounts and build natural activity history;
• Grow karma through meaningful posts and comments;
• Work with different subreddits and follow community rules;
• Monitor account status and activity;
• Maintain account tracking and reporting in Google Sheets;
• Follow established account management processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on Reddit experience;
• Strong understanding of karma, subreddits, AutoMod and shadowbans;
• Understanding of link karma vs. comment karma;
• Experience with anti-detect browsers and proxies;
• English B1+ with the ability to write natural comments;
• Fluent Ukrainian;
• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach;
• Good time management;
• Willingness to perform repetitive operational tasks;
• Crypto / Affiliate Marketing / Traffic Arbitrage experience is a plus.
