SMM Specialist

We are looking for a SMM Specialist!

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media and content for brands.

- Proven experience in sports, esports, or betting industries.

- Strong understanding of SMM analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels simultaneously.

Will be plus

- Experience working with AI tools.

- English proficiency at Intermediate level.

- Skills in Figma and Photoshop.

- Experience using Jira, Slack, and Notion.

- Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing the brand’s social media accounts (2–4 platforms, including Instagram and Telegram).

- Participating in the development of the SMM strategy.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing task briefs.

- Creating and maintaining content plans.

- Developing creative engagement and retention mechanics for users.

- Planning and reporting.
