Technical Project Manager

About the project:

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our team working on a US-based healthcare SaaS project. You will collaborate closely with the client, Product Owner, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
• Oversee risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance.

• Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives

   

 Technical Project Manager

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer or AQA) is required.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly utilizes standard AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with daily project tasks - such as meeting notes, documentation, and task descriptions - ensuring all AI outputs are reviewed for accuracy and aligned with project requirements.
• Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English.
