Data Researcher

We are looking for an experienced Data Researcher / Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound marketing and sales activities.

Your main responsibility will be to research target companies and decision-makers, collect and verify contact data, and prepare accurate lead lists for outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Research companies and decision-makers based on predefined ICPs and targeting criteria.
• Build and enrich lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email finders, verification tools, and other data research platforms.
• Find, verify, and maintain accurate contact and company information.
• Enrich leads with additional data required for segmentation and personalization.
• Prepare lead lists for cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and ABM campaigns.
• Research relevant business signals such as hiring activity, company growth, funding, technologies, and other triggers.
• Maintain clean and structured lead data in HubSpot.
• Work closely with the marketing and outbound teams to improve targeting and data quality.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data research, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platform.
• Experience using different email finders, email verification tools, and lead research platforms.
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good online research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and accurately follow targeting criteria.

Strong Advantage

• Previous experience in an IT outsourcing, software development, staff augmentation, or IT services company.
• Experience preparing data for cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Understanding of B2B ICPs, buyer personas, and outbound targeting.
