Lead Business Analyst (AI Adoption)

An international energy trading company is looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to work remotely.

The team develops digital products at the intersection of energy trading and technology, helping shape the market in real time.

Operating across 23 countries with offices in Switzerland, Croatia, the Netherlands, and Ukraine, our 75-person team drives massive market impact. In 2024 alone, we managed 122.6+ billion kWh within the largest private balancing group, traded 34.4+ billion kWh of electricity, and handled 1.8 billion m³ of gas.

Requirements: experience in systems analysis, participation in transformation projects or systems integration, and hands-on experience with AI tools.

Nice to have: experience implementing AI tools within business processes, as well as experience in fintech or trading projects.
