We’re hiring for a global technology-driven financial services platform serving millions of users across multiple regions and offering access to multi-asset trading, including stocks, indices, currencies, and digital assets.

The product operates as a regulated, data-intensive financial ecosystem, processing massive volumes of transactions and real-time customer interactions every day.

The company is well-funded, profitable, and strongly focused on innovation in AI, automation, and data governance. The team works closely with internal business units to identify high-impact opportunities and build AI-powered solutions that automate workflows, improve efficiency, and help teams scale.
 

🤖 What you’ll do:

• Own AI product initiatives end-to-end — from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with internal business teams to understand their needs, identify high-impact opportunities, align priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Define clear product requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics
• Track product adoption, performance, and business impact using data-driven insights
• Build and test functional AI prototypes using AI-assisted development tools, model APIs, automation platforms, low-code tools, or lightweight code
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to turn validated ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Lead acceptance testing and ensure solutions are ready for release
• Drive successful product adoption and continuously improve solutions based on performance, feedback, and business needs
• Promote an AI-native approach across the product lifecycle — from research and planning to testing and decision-making

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with proven end-to-end ownership from idea to launch and measurable results
• Strong experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams
• Proven ability to define product requirements, roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, workflows, or prototypes using AI development tools and model APIs
• Good technical understanding of APIs, system architecture, data flows, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG
• Strong product thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
• Experience with customer discovery, stakeholder management, and analytical decision-making
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments with a high level of ownership
• Evidence-based approach to product decisions and prioritization

• Previous software engineering or other strong technical background
• Experience turning prototypes or custom solutions into scalable, reusable products
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units, technical teams, and senior stakeholders
