Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of the design of complex digital products.

We are looking for someone who combines strong UX and UI skills with a product mindset — someone who can understand complex user problems, work with data and constraints, and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences.

What you’ll be doing

• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B and data-heavy products.
• Work across the full product design process — from understanding user needs and defining problems to wireframes, prototypes, UI and final implementation.
• Design and evolve scalable Design Systems.
• Create intuitive interfaces for complex workflows, dashboards and data-heavy environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, users and other stakeholders.
• Conduct and incorporate user research and feedback into design decisions.
• Clearly communicate and defend design decisions using user needs, product goals, data and technical constraints.
• Design interfaces for web and mobile / native platforms.
• Contribute to improving product design processes and overall UX quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design.
• Strong UX + UI background — not purely visual/UI design.
• Experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise or data-heavy products.
• Hands-on experience building and evolving Design Systems.
• Advanced Figma skills.
• Experience designing mobile / native interfaces.
• Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, interaction design and usability.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design tasks from problem definition to delivery.
• Experience working closely with developers, product managers, users and stakeholders.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complete product design cases, including the problem, process, iterations and final solution — not just polished UI screens.
• Ability to explain and justify design decisions based on user scenarios, data, business goals and technical constraints.

• Experience designing AI-powered products or AI interfaces.
• Experience with complex dashboards, analytics platforms or other data-intensive products.
• Experience working with enterprise-level products.
• Experience designing products with complex user flows and multiple user roles.
