About the Product
We are developing a Web3 / Crypto product that allows users to check cryptocurrency addresses for risk and verify whether their assets are safe.
We are looking to expand monetization through B2C products, including a Telegram bot, web product, and other sales channels.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of the product from idea and MVP to launch and scaling.
This role requires more than strong product management skills β we are looking for someone with a strong business & growth mindset who understands how to build, monetize, and scale a product.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of developing and launching a new B2C product.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, MVP, and priorities.
- Prepare clear requirements and specifications for the development team.
- Coordinate product development and launch.
- Analyze the market and competitors.
- Identify new monetization opportunities and sales channels.
- Work with marketing to develop user acquisition and growth strategies.
- Analyze product and business metrics and optimize revenue.
- Build a team for the product launch when necessary.
- Continuously identify opportunities for product growth and scaling.
Requirements
- 2β3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related role.
- Experience launching products from scratch / from MVP to market.
- Strong product management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with monetization, revenue, or growth.
- Understanding of digital marketing / product growth.
- Web3 / Crypto experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience with B2C, Telegram bots, or web products is a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Compensation
Fixed salary + significant variable component linked to product performance / revenue.
During the first ~3 months, compensation will be more focused on the fixed component. After launch, the variable component will become a significant part of the compensation and will depend directly on the product's financial results.
