As the business grows, we are looking for a proactive Account Manager / Client Manager to help us deliver a smooth client experience from onboarding through post-onboarding support, while gradually developing into a sales and pre-sales role.
 

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Account Manager / Client Manager to join our growing team and become a key point of contact for clients throughout their journey with FCE.
The key objective of the role is to make sure every client is properly onboarded, supported, followed up with, and kept informed at every stage of cooperation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, moves quickly, takes ownership, and doesn't wait for problems to solve themselves.
As you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility across CRM management, pre-sales, and sales activities.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client onboarding and provide ongoing post-onboarding support.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, responding to questions and coordinating follow-ups.
• Track new client launches and monitor each client's progress through the relevant stages.
• Keep communication and client status up to date, ensuring no request or follow-up is overlooked.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client questions and move processes forward.
• Maintain clear timelines and follow established response and service standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of the CRM system and client data.
• Monitor client needs and proactively suggest solutions or next steps.
• Gradually take part in client calls, pre-sales activities, and sales processes as the role develops.
   

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Previous experience in client management, customer support, account management, sales support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine client-oriented mindset.
• Proactive approach: you don't wait for instructions when you can identify and solve an issue yourself.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills - you keep track of multiple clients, requests, and deadlines.
• Ability to find solutions quickly and suggest practical ideas.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Google Sheets.
• Good level of English for professional communication.
   

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience in the crypto, digital assets, fintech, or trading industry.
• Understanding of how crypto exchanges and digital asset products work.
• Experience with CRM implementation or optimization.
• Previous exposure to sales, pre-sales, or business development.
• Experience communicating with B2B clients.
   

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In your first month, you will focus on understanding our client journey, taking ownership of onboarding and post-onboarding communication, tracking new client launches, and helping establish clear processes and timelines.
Within 3-6 months, you will be someone the team can rely on to keep clients moving forward, ensure timely follow-ups, proactively resolve issues, and consistently deliver a strong client experience.

JOB OVERVIEW
First Crypto Exchange LLC (FCE) is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee the firm's fiat and digital asset treasury operations. 

This role owns day-to-day liquidity and cash management, riskless principal trading oversight, wallet and custody operations, counterparty and banking relationships, and treasury risk controls. 

The Treasury Manager will work closely with the CFO to ensure the firm maintains adequate liquidity, sound risk limits, and strong operational controls across all treasury activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily treasury operations across fiat and digital assets, including cash positioning and intraday liquidity.

• Oversee riskless principal trading, ensuring client trades are matched and hedged with no unintended market exposure.

• Monitor liquidity across exchange wallets, banking partners, and trading venues, maintaining sufficient fiat and crypto balances for client and operational needs.

• Manage hot and cold wallets, including transfers, custody, withdrawal approvals, security, and segregation-of-duties controls.

• Execute and monitor fiat and crypto settlements, ensuring timely and accurate fund transfers between banks, custodians, and trading counterparties.

• Manage relationships with banks, custodians, liquidity providers, and market makers.

• Monitor counterparty exposure and credit risk across exchanges, custodians, and trading partners, escalating any limit breaches.

• Perform daily cash and crypto reconciliations across internal systems, exchange wallets, and custodial accounts.

• Monitor market, liquidity, and settlement risks, ensuring treasury and trading activities stay within board-approved limits.

• Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures covering liquidity, custody, counterparty, and market risks, aligned with regulatory and industry updates.

• Work with the CFO on cash flow forecasting, funding needs, and capital allocation across fiat and digital assets.

• Support regulatory reporting related to treasury, liquidity, and capital adequacy.

• Track and report treasury KPIs, including liquidity ratios, wallet balances, settlement times, and counterparty exposure.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury, trading operations, or liquidity management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or financial markets.
• Solid understanding of riskless principal trading / market-making concepts and hedged position management.
• Familiarity with crypto custody, hot/cold wallet management, and blockchain transaction processes.
• Strong understanding of liquidity risk, counterparty risk, and market risk management.
• Comfortable working with treasury/trading systems and reconciling data across banking, custody, and exchange platforms.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, 24/7 crypto markets and respond to time-sensitive liquidity events.
• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with banks, custodians, and trading counterparties

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in OTC, Crypto, FinTech, Trading, or Payments to drive the development of FCE's core product and customer-facing solutions.

We are hiring Product Managers across several key areas: Onboarding, Payments & Integrations, Core Product, and Referral Program.
 

The key objective of the role is to own product development end-to-end - from strategy and roadmap to requirements, development, launch, and continuous optimization - within a regulated crypto environment.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and develop the product roadmap for the OTC desk, web platform, and mobile application.
• Translate VARA, AML, and KYC requirements into clear product solutions and development tasks.
• Develop and improve key product flows, including RFQ, whitelisting, custody, onboarding, payments, and crypto-fiat operations.
• Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Product, and banking partners to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Define product requirements, prepare PRDs, prioritize features, and drive execution through to production.
• Analyze user behavior, operational data, feedback, and complex edge cases to identify product opportunities.
• Use AI tools as part of the daily product development process to improve research, analysis, documentation, and execution.
   

PRODUCT AREAS

Onboarding

• Own the user journey from registration through KYC/KYB and account opening.
• Improve onboarding conversion and user experience.
• Integrate and optimize KYC/KYB, AML, and other external providers.
• Analyze verification failures, delays, and user drop-off.

Payments & Integrations

• Develop payment infrastructure and integrations with banks, PSPs, card providers, and other financial partners.
• Launch new payment methods and deposit/withdrawal solutions.
• Manage integrations from requirements and PRDs through launch and scaling.
• Improve reliability and efficiency of existing payment products.

Core Product

• Develop the core business logic of the OTC platform.
• Improve flow of funds and transaction execution.
• Work on RFQ, order execution, pricing, and settlement processes.
• Optimize custody workflows and digital asset operations.
• Design key user scenarios and explore new product opportunities.
   

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, Payments, or a related field.
• Experience launching and scaling products in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of OTC, custody, digital asset infrastructure, or TradFi.
• Experience working with compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Practical experience using AI tools in product management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including complex product scenarios and edge cases.
• Ability to independently own a product area and take responsibility for business outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• English - B2 or higher.

• Experience with OTC trading platforms or broker-dealers.
• Experience with crypto-fiat payment infrastructure.
• Experience with banking and PSP integrations.
