Junior Affiliate Manager

We are an international iGaming company operating globally since 2015. Our portfolio includes several successful Sportsbook and Casino brands.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has initial experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, media buying, or iGaming and wants to develop a career in affiliate management.
 

You will be responsible for supporting partner acquisition, building relationships with affiliates, and assisting in the growth of traffic volumes across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and identify potential affiliate partners, media buying teams, influencers, and webmasters.
• Conduct outreach and establish initial contact with potential partners.
• Assist with onboarding new affiliates and maintaining partner databases.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners under the guidance of senior team members.
• Monitor partner activity and traffic performance.
• Support negotiations and communication regarding partnership terms.
• Prepare reports and update internal tracking systems.
• Research new traffic sources, markets, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and support.
   

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, Digital Marketing, Media Buying, Sales, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and traffic acquisition models.
• Interest in the iGaming / Betting industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• English level A2+ or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with affiliates, influencers, or traffic sources.
• Understanding of Asian markets and traffic specifics.
• Existing industry contacts.
• Experience with CRM systems, Google Sheets, or reporting tools.
