Requirements:
 

— Comfortable working with DeFi concepts, TVL, protocol launches, and builders programs day to day

— 3+ years in ecosystem or partner-facing marketing roles with an execution focus, including exposure to marketing technology or digital-first environments

— Track record of building marketing campaigns from concept to delivery

— Familiarity with martech tooling and how customer journeys are mapped is a plus

— Confident communicator at leadership level, able to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders
 

Nice-to-have:
 

— Background in an L1/L2 ecosystem team or a chain backed by an exchange

— Hands-on exposure to KOL networks and ambassador program mechanics

— Able to write design briefs and coordinate visual production for announcements and events
 

Responsibilities:
 

— Plan and run multi-channel marketing activities tailored to different partner categories

— Produce joint marketing materials with partners: case studies, solution briefs, social content

— Own co-marketing campaign delivery, AMA/Spaces sessions, and the application funnel

— Keep a steady communication rhythm with ecosystem partners

— Monitor partner program results and surface what should be improved or scaled

— Work closely with sales, product, and partner management to keep marketing aligned with their pipelines

— Run competitive and ecosystem landscape research that feeds program strategy
