Senior Affiliate Manager UZ -AZ -TR -BD

📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland — Office
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

What you’ll do:

• Develop and grow key Affiliate partnerships
• Acquire major affiliates and media buying teams
• Negotiate and close commercial deals
• Drive FTD and deposit KPIs
• Analyze GEO performance, market trends, and competitors
• Mentor Junior and Middle Affiliate Managers
• Contribute to the growth strategy across Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Bangladesh

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing
• Proven successful cases and strong performance results
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• An established network of Affiliate partners
• Good understanding of iGaming economics and key performance metrics
• English B2–C1
