🏢 About the Company

MARIEMUR is a luxury lingerie and leather accessories brand, and its website is where that experience lives online — the brand’s digital flagship.

Every product page, collection, and checkout step must feel as considered as the product itself: precise, premium, and frictionless.

🎯 About the Role

MARIEMUR is looking for a Shopify Web Manager to keep its digital experience sharp day to day.

This is a hands-on execution role working directly under the Head of Web as their operational partner — turning strategy into a storefront that is always current, clean, performant, and converting.

The person in this role will own the daily operation of the website, including product pages, collections, campaign builds, tagging, content, and new page creation. All updates must be executed with precision and speed.

✅ Requirements

▫️ 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience, including work with the admin panel, products, collections, pages, and Shopify Theme Editor.

▫️ Experience with web production on Shopify — from Figma/design handoff to a publication-ready page.

▫️ Understanding of Shopify theme management, including updates, migrations, customizations, and potential compatibility risks.

▫️ Basic understanding of web fundamentals, including responsive design, web content, image and video optimization, and accessibility.

▫️ Basic understanding of SEO and UX principles in e-commerce.

▫️ Understanding of web performance fundamentals and the ability to work with Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.

▫️ Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and Shopify theme structure. Deep knowledge of Liquid or JavaScript is not required.

▫️ Confident daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.

▫️ Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset, including the habit of independently checking the final result before publication.

▫️ A structured and disciplined approach to work, with the ability to understand process logic, follow established standards, act independently, and manage a large volume of tasks without compromising quality in a fast-paced team.

❗ Fluent Ukrainian or Russian is required!

📌 Key Responsibilities

🛍️ Product and Content Management

▫️ Add and edit products, collections, and website content.

▫️ Organize products, manage tagging, and maintain a consistent filtering structure.

▫️ Create and update seasonal campaigns, banners, and landing pages.

▫️ Create new pages and sections based on Figma designs.

▫️ Work with images and videos in line with web best practices.

▫️ Use AI tools to create new website blocks, develop custom solutions, and automate routine processes.

🌐 Website Management

▫️ Manage pages, sections, templates, and navigation through the Shopify Theme Editor.

▫️ Keep website content and functionality current and accurate.

▫️ Manage Shopify themes, including updates, migrations, customizations, and evaluating the compatibility of changes.

▫️ Continuously monitor the website, identify when something is not working correctly, and promptly resolve issues within the scope of responsibility before customers see them.

🔎 SEO, Performance & QA

▫️ Perform basic on-page SEO optimization of website content and page structure.

▫️ Monitor web performance and key Core Web Vitals.

▫️ Review website pages using Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.

▫️ Conduct QA of new and updated pages before publication, including visual quality, functionality, responsiveness, and content quality.

⭐ Nice to Have

▫️ Experience working with fashion or luxury DTC brands.

▫️ Hands-on experience working with Figma.

▫️ Experience with AI-assisted development or vibe-coding.

▫️ Experience working with Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

▫️ Experience working with Shopify apps and an understanding of how they affect website functionality and performance.

🚀 What the Company Offers

▫️ Direct collaboration with the Head of Web and the opportunity to influence how the brand’s website looks and works.

▫️ Clear processes and instructions — there is no need to build everything from scratch.

▫️ A small, fast-moving team that values high-quality execution.

▫️ An opportunity to grow together with the brand.

💼 Working Conditions

▫️ Full-time, remote work.

▫️ Working schedule aligned with GMT+3 / Ukraine time.

▫️ Monthly compensation: $1,200–1,500, depending on experience.

▫️ Performance-based bonuses in addition to the base compensation.
