About The Job

We’re looking for a Project Manager who loves bringing order to complexity, building strong client relationships, and keeping talented teams moving toward a common goal.

This is not an entry-level role.
 

Important Requirement

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be available to work standard US Eastern Time business hours (10:00 AM — 6:00 PM ET).
 

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple ecommerce projects simultaneously
• Creating project timelines, priorities, and delivery plans
• Leading client communication and weekly check-ins
• Coordinating developers, designers, and QA teams
• Monitoring budgets, deadlines, and project scope
• Identifying risks early and keeping projects on track
• Translating business goals into clear, actionable tasks
• Maintaining accurate project documentation inside ClickUp
• Delivering projects on time and with exceptional quality
   

What You’ll Do

You’ll own projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring every client has an exceptional experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience within a digital agency
• Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Confidence managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• The ability to build trust with both clients and teammates
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• C1+ English level and confident communication skills

Bonus Points

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Experience managing Shopify projects and a solid understanding of the Shopify platform
• UX/UI design workflows
• Ecommerce website migrations or redesigns
• Intelligems, Convert, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Elevar
