We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (+ UI/UX experience) who has a sharp eye for visual storytelling, a passion for digital commerce, and a strong desire to learn how clean, beautiful design drives real business conversion.
 

Experience

• +2 years of commercial design experience (or a stellar portfolio that proves your potential)
• Strong portfolio featuring:
  • Digital graphic design and layout examples
  • Web design concepts or landing pages
  • Social media/marketing assets with strong typography
• Foundational UI/UX or web design project experience is a big plus
• Experience or interest in working with US-market projects
• Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
   

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in:
  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of:
  • Typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Foundational UX/UI principles and responsive web layouts
  • Digital identity and branding systems
• Eagerness to learn conversion-focused design, CRO, and e-commerce best practices
   

Responsibilities

• Support the design team in creating high-converting digital assets, web graphics, and landing pages
• Assist in designing clean, modern UI components and web layouts for e-commerce platforms
• Help develop user-focused design concepts under the guidance of senior team members
• Maintain absolute consistency in typography, hierarchy, and composition across all project deliverables
• Contribute to expanding digital identity, branding systems, and style guides
• Adapt and scale web experiences for responsive layouts for international markets

We are looking for an E-commerce Designer who is confident creating high-converting user experiences and understands not only visual design, but also the business and conversion goals behind every design decision.

 

Experience

• 4+ years of commercial design experience
• Strong portfolio featuring:
• Web design projects
• E-commerce work
• Landing pages
• Product design experience is a plus
• Experience working with US-market projects is highly preferred
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher

Hard Skills

Strong proficiency in:

• Sketch or similar design tools is a plus
