Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior Designer (5+ years of experience) who can take full ownership of design projects — from initial concept to final delivery. You should be comfortable working in a startup environment, creating designs from scratch without relying on a large team, and managing multiple creative directions at once.
Responsibilities
- Develop complete brand identities from scratch: logos, visual systems, style guides.
- Design landing pages and web layouts with a strong understanding of modern UI and responsive principles.
- Create graphics for digital marketing: paid ads, social media creatives, banners, static and animated assets.
- Produce motion graphics and animations (ad creatives, transitions, micro-animations).
- Lead design projects independently — planning, execution, iteration — while maintaining excellent quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams when necessary, providing assets and ensuring visual consistency.
- Generate fresh creative ideas and contribute to the overall design direction of the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience (branding, graphic design, UI/UX, digital creatives).
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- branding and logo work
- landing pages / web designs
- ad creatives & marketing design
- Ability to build complete visual solutions from scratch with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Solid understanding of modern design trends, e-commerce, digital marketing formats, and user-centric design.
- Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects or similar).
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.
