Account Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Part-Time Account Manager to support client relationships and manage day-to-day communication through our CRM.
 

This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable working with clients and CRM systems. You will help keep client information up to date, follow up on requests, and make sure communication runs smoothly.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client information in the CRM
• Communicate with existing clients and respond to their requests
• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication
• Track client activity, requests, and next steps in the CRM
• Prepare simple reports and updates when needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client-related questions
• Keep CRM data accurate and organized

Requirements

• Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar role - plus
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach

Work Format

• Part-time: 5–8 hours per week
