Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience building and shipping applications and software, with a strong focus on mobile-first consumer products.
— Understanding of crypto ecosystems through professional experience, personal projects, or active participation in the web3 community.
— Ability to present design work to product teams and leadership, clearly explaining design decisions and user impact.
— Strong visual design skills across mobile and desktop, including UI, typography, color, layout, and interaction design.
— Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable components that improve consistency and scalability.
— Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
— Experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and turning insights into product improvements.
— Experience designing accessible and inclusive products that follow modern accessibility standards.
— Experience using analytics, A/B testing, and product metrics to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
— A strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped products, from identifying problems to delivering measurable results.
— Experience using AI tools to design products, websites, graphics, and prototypes, while improving design workflows and team productivity.
Responsibilities:
— Drive the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to delivery and post-launch iteration for mobile-first and web applications.
— Design intuitive, visually polished user experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
— Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful implementation.
— Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze product metrics to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
— Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
— Present and communicate design solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership, clearly articulating design rationale and user impact.
— Create user-centered experiences for crypto/Web3 products, simplifying complex concepts into intuitive interfaces.
— Perform Design review process within the defined SDLC.
— Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency while improving team productivity.
