Senior Automatio\AI Implementation Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Engineer to build and maintain automation, CRM, data enrichment, and AI-powered solutions for a long-term European B2B project.

This is not a purely no-code role. You should be able to take a business requirement, design the technical solution, choose the right tools, estimate effort/costs, and implement it end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement automation architecture.
• Build workflows around HubSpot and Clay.
• Integrate APIs, SaaS tools, databases, and AI models.
• Build scraping, enrichment, matching, and data synchronization pipelines.
• Implement HubSpot workflows, sequences, triggers, and alerts.
• Use LLMs for enrichment, classification, research, and data processing.
• Estimate implementation effort and ongoing API/SaaS/AI costs.
• Troubleshoot integrations and optimize reliability and scalability.

• Create technical documentation and SOPs.

   

Must-have

• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, sequences, CRM objects/properties, APIs, integrations.
• Strong practical Clay experience: enrichment, waterfall enrichment, Claygent, webhooks, APIs, credit optimization.
• REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP, JSON, SaaS integrations.
• Web scraping, data enrichment, entity matching/deduplication.
• Practical LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Claude, or similar).

• Ability to independently design technical solutions, not just implement predefined workflows.
