HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner who will become a trusted partner for managers and employees, help build strong people processes, and contribute to a healthy and productive company culture.

What you’ll do

• Partner with managers and team leads on people-related matters and provide practical HR support.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance management, development, engagement, and offboarding.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and employee check-ins, identify potential issues, and help resolve them.
• Support managers in handling performance, motivation, conflicts, and employee relations.
• Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and internal guidelines.
• Participate in performance review and feedback processes.
• Monitor employee engagement and proactively suggest initiatives to improve it.
• Support organizational changes and team development.
• Work closely with Recruitment, Finance, and management on HR-related processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure HR processes are structured and transparent.

• Analyze people-related data and prepare HR reports and recommendations for management.

   

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP / People Partner roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience partnering directly with managers and team leads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex employee situations with maturity and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Experience in IT / product companies will be a strong advantage.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+)
